On the morning of 16th July, Anqing Foreign Language School convened the 2018 Teachers’ Mobilization Conference designated for all teachers from Grade 12. In attendance were Anqing Foreign Language School’s President Madam Huang Wenli, Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong, Director Xu Haihong, Director Xu Zuitai as well as all teachers from Grade 12.
In the first place, the conference was chaired by Director Xu Haihong who stressed that each and every one of us was supposed to further strengthen our senses of responsibility& mission, establish our senses of efficiency& cooperation and strive for creating another victory in the 2018 College Entrance Examination.
In the second place, Director Xu Haihong analyzed the overall status of all students from Grade 12 this year. Besides, Director Xu emphasized the aims for all teachers in Grade 12 which can be explained as follows: to endeavor to have harvests both in top students and the wide range as well as ensure the number of students who shall score for the undergraduate courses above 200.
In the third place, Director Xu Haihong believed that we would definitely achieve these goals mentioned above considering the leadership role of all teachers from Grade 12 with both political integrity and professional competence.
In the fourth place, Director Xu Haihong put forward the comprehensive work requirements, which were making practicable ‘Five Key Points’, putting forth efforts to cultivate top students, making better conversion work for students and better promoting publicity& mobilization for art& sports students.
In the fifth place, Director Xu Haihong demanded that all teachers from Grade 12 should be a team which had lofty ideals, transcendence, innovation capabilities, learning abilities in addition to showing the ‘Show Sword’ spirituality. Other than that, Director Xu also proceeded specific requirements in terms of the management work in grade, class and teaching as well.
Furthermore, Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong unscrambled Anqing Foreign Language School’s reward mechanism suitable for students from Grade 12 in the 2018 College Entrance Examination, laid emphasis on a series of detailed management rules and regulations in addition to motivating all teachers from Grade 12 to meet challenges with optimal state.
Last but not the least, Anqing Foreign Language School’s President Madam Huang Wenli reviewed the working highlights in her keynote speech. Madam President demanded that each and every one of us should be diligent and steady to march forward towards our goals in the 2018 College Entrance Examination so that we would carve out and successfully accomplish our mission.
To conclude, the sun was shining fiercely outside the window while enthusiasm flamed indoors. The conference concluded in a heated atmosphere. We firmly believe that in the 2018 College Entrance Examination we are bound to create another glory, which shall promise a more prominent future for Anqing Foreign Language School!
